Our well established client has a great opportunity for a litigation lawyer with a civil litigation to join their established team and play a fundamental role in the continuing growth and success of this department.
This is a Legal 500 law firm, with five offices located across Essex. We have a strong reputation as a forward thinking and energetic organisation, offering a long-term, structured and progressive career.
The successful candidate will have civil litigation experience dealing with:
- Debt recovery
- Negligence claims
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Civil disputes
- Boundary disputes
In addition to a predominantly civil litigation workload for a candidate with some commercial experience, there is also the opportunity to take on some commercial litigation work.
You will be able to build excellent client relationships, looking after existing clients and growing your own client base.
You will be expected to work with minimal supervision and be able to address matters efficiently whilst assisting the director on more complex cases.
Having previous experience in undertaking marketing activities will be an advantage as the role will require you to self-market and undertake general marketing activities on behalf of the department and company.
