We’re looking for an experienced receptionist or legal support assistant to join the team in our Prescot office (full time but would also consider applications for part-time).

This is a varied role in a busy team.Role responsibilities;

• Ensure smooth running of the reception area – taking calls and enquiries from new and existing clients

• Managing Clients attending the offices

• Responsible for monitoring interview room diary

• Opening files

• Day to day assistance for the team

• Diary management including appointment making

• Taking and making calls

• General legal and admin support including audio typing

The right person for this job will;

• It is essential to have at least 12 months experience working as a receptionist or legal support assistant (ideally in a legal setting)

• Experience of assisting a property department (desirable)

• Be a self-starter and always ready to get involved

• Good with people

• Work well within a vibrant team

• Be flexible and able to accommodate client or team needs

• Have great time management skills

• Great organisation skills

• Experience of Case Management Systems and Laserforms (desirable)

• Experience of Excel spreadsheets (desirable)
