Our well established client are looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor to lead their employment law team and work in collaboration with their HR and business legal services teams. The firm delivers specialist and holistic HR and legal services to businesses and charities across the country and to a variety of industry sectors

You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience. You will be utilising your experience providing both remote and on-site support to clients on matters from recruitment to termination. As Head of Employment Law, your duties will include:

• providing comprehensive and timely advice and assistance to clients on all matters pertaining to employment law and employee relations either in person, telephone or in writing

• conducting employment litigation in the Employment Tribunal end to end

• Drafting/reviewing contracts of employment, policies, procedures and other employment related documents

• Preparing and presenting seminars and training on employment law and employee relations issues

• Supervising junior members of the employment law team

• Actively participating in networking and business development initiatives.
